Chicken Kiev – Breast of chicken stuffed with cheese & broccoli
Pineapple Chicken – Boneless breast of chicken topped with pineapple slices & cheese
Breaded Chicken Breast – Chicken breast breaded with a honey mustard glaze
Chicken Marsala – Chicken breast with prosciutto, mushrooms in Marsala wine sauce
Chicken Florentine – Breast of Chicken in a Pastry Crust
Cornish Hen – Whole bird with Royalty’s special stuffing; perfect for medieval themes

Single Plated – Steak:

Filet Mignon – 4oz. with your choice of chicken
Prime Rib of Beef – 8oz. Available with chicken breast entree or extra side dish

Single Plated – Fish or Vegetarian:

Baked Orange Roughy – Tender Orange Roughy lightly breaded and baked to perfection served on a bed of rice or pasta
Vegetarian Stir Fry – Assorted vegetables seasoned and sautéed to perfection
Baked Salmon – Fresh filets of salmon oven baked and served with cream sauce
